For the sake of serious league discipline, according to the provisions of Article 48 of Chapter II of “discipline standards for Chinese men’s basketball professional league” (hereinafter referred to as “discipline standards”), lou Ming, an investor of Zhejiang Guangsha club, was punished with a suspension of 2 games and a fine of 50000 yuan. The suspension was for the 29th round and 30th round of the CBA regular season of the 2022-2023 season.
According to the provisions of the first paragraph of Article 24 of chapter 2 of the disciplinary standards, Xu Zhonghao, the No. 24 player of Zhejiang Dongyangguang team, was punished by suspending 2 games and fined RMB 150000 yuan, the suspension is the 29th round and 30th round of the CBA league regular season in the 2022-2023 season.
The payment of fines for the above personnel shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of chapter 1 of the disciplinary standards.
