On February 10th, former NBA player Alan Anderson was sentenced to 24 months in prison for the fraud.
Prosecutor Williams pointed out: “These former NBA players recruited others to participate extensively in this fraud plan and contributed to hundreds of thousands of dollars of fraud claims.”
It is reported that these people achieve their fraud by providing false invoices.
In addition to serving his sentence, Kenyon Durin was ordered to confiscate 449250 dollars and compensate 547495 dollars at the same time, and Alan Anderson ordered to confiscate 121000 dollars and compensate 121000 dollars.
