Live broadcast, January 22 -recently, former Lakers player Robert Horry talked about James’s upcoming surpass Jabbar in the Big Shot Rob podcasting program.
Horry said that Jabbar would not want to see James score beyond himself. He said: “People always say that records are used to break, which is bullshit. Everyone said there was no record at all. But you don’t want to see your record broken. Do you think I will sit in the damn auditorium and watch someone break my record and be angry? No.
“We have to be honest, the fact is that James is also a Lakers player, a player playing in Los Angeles. I think this (the record is broken) will be very difficult for Jabbar.”
