Live broadcast, January 19 news Rockets coach Silas talked about Eric Gordon in an interview with Houston Chronicle this week. Although Eric Gordon said many times that the team has not made any progress this season, Silas said, both he and the Rockets need this veteran.
“I want all my players to be good, really, I certainly hope they are in the best condition. I also hope the situation will be good for them, but from my point of view, I need Eric Gordon here. You know, he is a very important role in the team. He is a person I can rely on.” Silas said.
“So, I would say Eric Gordon did a good job, because sometimes, the status quo is really depressing, but I understand where this frustration comes from.” Silas continued, “I talked to Eric Gordon many times. He is one of my one-on-one communication. I want everyone to be good. This is the way I do things, but I need Eric Gordon.”
