Ju Haifeng, born in Qingdao, Shandong province on December 7, 1977, joined Zhejiang Guangsha basketball club in 2005 and is the meritorious player of Team A. From his retirement in 2007 to 2019, Ju Haifeng devoted himself to youth training and served as the head coach of Zhejiang Guangsha youth team. Since 2020, he has served as the deputy general manager of Zhejiang Guangsha basketball club and is in charge of youth training. During the 16 years when he took root in youth training, he made great contributions to Chinese basketball and the cultivation of reserve forces in Guangsha, Zhejiang province.
During his 12 years as the head coach of Guangsha youth team, Guangsha youth team has been determined to forge ahead and constantly break through, becoming a backbone force that cannot be underestimated in the Chinese youth basketball map, it has delivered a large number of outstanding talents to Zhejiang Guangsha first team and CBA league.
