Prequel About Lies
Guanghui club’s deception and authenticity club are usual operations. Hou Wei of Guanghui club continued to retreat after learning about this, only by threatening my family to agree that “after returning home from NBA, I must promise to continue playing in Guanghui club for five years” will I issue a clarification letter. I want to leave Guanghui club because the two chairman Guo Zhun, Hou Wei and Guanghui management have been deceiving me for many years, wantonly rubbing and cheating, which makes me really unbearable. Guanghui club, backed by the world’s top 500 enterprises, has never really respected me. In the eyes of Guanghui club, there are big businesses behind the club, and I can let them take care of it. Guo Zhun and Hou Wei usually deal with things and problems orally, but they didn’t recognize them later. Guanghui club has always been a means of employing people forward, and immediately abandoned after being worthless to the team.
Even in the two years since I withdrew from the competition to today, Guanghui club has never really tried to solve our disputes and understand my willingness to go, “You can’t go”, “Not selling” and “impossible” are the arbitrary solutions of Guanghui club.

I have to admire the “creativity” of Guanghui club on the violation. In August, 2019, under the background of the vigorous reform of CBA league, Guanghui club carried out the same skills and signed a player contract with players including me with a company called “Xinjiang Guanghui Professional Basketball Club Co., Ltd” as the main body, the company was later found to be registered in Horgos, and its name was only two words different from that of Guanghui club’s main body “Xinjiang Guanghui basketball club Co., Ltd. Guanghui club took this contract to CBA company for filing, but it was found by CBA company that the main body of the contract was not called back.
Seeing that the CBA company could not be deceived, Guanghui club began to perform wonderful “bully up and down” skills. Guanghui first submitted an application for changing the club name to the CBA company, although the name of the application is to change the company name, the content is to change “Xinjiang Guanghui basketball club Co., Ltd” with the right to participate in the CBA league to “Xinjiang Guanghui Professional Basketball Club Co., Ltd” registered in Horgos “, the main body change of this company has strict requirements in CBA company, which needs to be passed by resolution of all CBA shareholders. Otherwise, everyone can register the company in Horgos, and the salary cap will be useless.
Unfortunately, the CBA company has not been cheated this time. The CBA company’s reply indicates that if Guanghui club needs to change the main body of the participating company, it must submit an application in accordance with the regulations, those who have passed the examination and the resolution of the shareholders’ meeting with the shareholders of the other 19 clubs. At that time, Guanghui club saw that the filing period of the player contract was about to end. It deceived me on the grounds of “changing the subject of the contract” and asked me to sign a new player contract, the main body of this contract changed back to Guanghui club, and Guanghui took this contract to CBA to complete the player contract filing.
But at the same time, Guanghui club did not give up because of the refusal of CBA company. After the contract was filed, it immediately sent a situation explanation to CBA company, it indicates that the guanghui profession set up by holgos is fully entrusted by the club to be responsible for all business operations of the club, including labor fees for coaches and athletes, all business and business capital, CBA alliance participation fees, all the sponsorship fees will be paid to Horgos’s company.
